Clubhouse Rules

  • Kitchen Facilities are not available for use.
  • You are responsible for any damage to equipment and/or facilities and guest's behavior.
  • No fighting or obscene language.
  • You must clean are after use. Sweep floors, clean and put tables and chairs back where you found them. Remove trash and take it to the dumpster.
  • The clubhouse will NOT be rented out on New Year's Eve or Halloween. All other events require $50.00 as deposit and $50.00 rental fee. Use of the furnace is an additional $10.00 fee.
  • You must allow others use of the pool facilities when the pool is open. During the regular pool schedule if your guests desire to use the pool they must pay the day tag rate and abide by all the pool rules including closing time.

The purpose of swimming pool rules is to allow the management of the facility to provide a fair and safe place for Lakeside Village property owners, families and guests to enjoy the swimming and aquatic activities.

  • All guest, residents, or patrons must sign in each time they visit the Pool.
  • Only swimming suits are allowed in the pool. Cut-offs, Diapers, or other clothing are not allowed in the pool.
  • Persons with open sores or rashes are not permitted in the pool.
  • Hard-soled shoes are not allowed on the pool deck area. The only exceptions are Board Members or employees.
  • Children under eight (8) years of age must be accompanied by a parent or relative that is at least 14 years old.
  • Sitting or hanging onto the lifeline/buoys is prohibited.
  • Masks, fins, snorkels, volleyballs, beach balls, air mattresses, etc.. can only be used upon permission of the lifeguards; then only when the swimming pool is not crowded.
  • Profanity, improper behavior, loud noises, illegal drugs, horseplay, glass containers, breakable objects, animals, skateboards, bicycles, chewing tobacco, and vulgar or abusive remarks are all prohibited within the pool area.
  • No diving or jumping off the deck. No running on the deck.
  • Only one (1) patron will be allowed on the slide at a time and only when EXTREME CAUTION is exercised.
  • Lifeguards, Pool Attendant, Board Members and Employees have the authority to close the pool at any time when the safety of patrons, maintenance conditions, or weather warrants.
  • No GLASS items are allowed in the pool area.
  • No playing and NO RUNNING in the locker rooms, baths, hallways, or clubhouse.
  • ALL Clothing must be securely attached at all times while in the pool area.
  • If you get hurt at the pool see the Lifeguard or Pool Attendant immediately.
  • At 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm all patrons must exit the pool for 30 minutes and when needed for 15 minutes each time.
  • If a patron does not abide with what the Lifeguard or Pool Attendant has told them to do. There will be 2 time outs, if it happens a 3rd time the patron will be asked to leave for the day. If the same patron comes back in the days following and again is told to leave it will be for a week. If it happens again the patron will be asked to leave for the rest of the season.
